That Park Called Gastro Park

Have you heard of GASTRO PARK IN KAPITOLYO? I’ve been seeing this park lately on my news feed. My friends’ post about this park is definitely inviting. So, when my friend has invited me to visit this place, I immediately said yes.

Gastro Park is just in Kapitolyo, Pasig City. Going there is easy. If you are from Pasig Palengke, just ride a jeepney going to Crossings or Quiapo. Then, get off in Kapitolyo. It is five minute walk from BPI Kapitolyo. You can easily see this.

Basically, it is like a natural habitat for extraordinary meals. Its setting is contemporary where black and white plays the main theme. Various meals are served–ranging from Asian to Mexican, and all ranges of meals.

The ambiance was perfectly good enough for people who prefer natural views or sights. It had a fan for its food court-like place. Then, the stores surrounded the tables and chairs. Creativity was at its finest. I truly adored its aesthetics.

What we ate there was the Nachos (P179). It was Thai-flavored. It’s not that spicy yet its meat was juicy enough to satisfy our taste buds. Its servings was enough for a couple (or if you have a huge appetite, you can finish one serving in less than an hour)

We also ordered P85 Iced Tea. It’s not that usual. It’s served using a fish bowl-like glass that served a number of people. In our case, we were only two who drunk from it. We bought SURFRIES! It cost P140 only. Its sweet cheddar and tasty potato strips were worth the wait.
